I have received a lawsuit from our USA client because the shipping company did not deliver the goods on time. I had agreed on a price for my service, which I have fully paid, but they uploaded false UPS tracking information and did not deliver my goods. I have received a lawsuit notice from our USA client for not delivering the goods on time. I have been trying to resolve my issue with this company for close to a year now, but they keep asking for more money and blackmailing our company.

1. We have delivered his goods to him already, and here are the evidence shown below
2. We have checked and confirmed with him for many times about the PI， which was shown clearly in PI this is the prepay price for shipment. He checked and confirmed for the PI at that time. But after he received the goods he denied it. What's more, he made this kind of opeartions to other suppliers and asked for the refund, too.
3. Alibaba platform also have judged his behavior as unreasonable and refused to gave him any refund.
